Home Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. has excelled in the residential market by installing over 10,000 custom, new, and replacement installations. Out technicians specializes in installing the most reliable and highest efficient equipment on the market today. Our most requested equipment features the federal tax credit!
Remember that getting the proper installation is essential to getting the most from your new equipment. When replacing HV/AC equipment, bigger doesn't always mean better. If the unit is too large for your home, you will be less comfortable and might actually have higher utility bills. Over-sized equipment will operate in short run cycles, not allowing the unit to reach efficient operation and remove humidity from the air. This results in an uncomfortable home!

In a mild climate, a heat pump system may be your best option for effective and efficient heat. What is a heat pump?
A heat pump is simply an air conditioner that can switch to become a heating unit. When air conditioners process refrigerants such as Freon, they create a tremendous amount of heat. The heat pump simply reverses part of the process to extract and distribute that heat throughout the home.

| | Seal your heating and cooling ducts | |
| |
Ducts that move air to-and-from a forced air furnace, central air conditioner, or heat pump are often big energy wasters. Sealing and insulating ducts can improve the efficiency of your heating and cooling system by as much as 20 percent — and sometimes much more.
We focus first on sealing ducts that run through the attic. We use duct sealant (mastic) or metal-backed (foil) tape to seal the seams and connections of ducts. After sealing the ducts in those spaces, we wrap the ducts in insulation to keep them from getting hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. Next, we seal ducts that you can access in the heated or cooled part of the house.

Thermostats
Home Air Conditioning uses a contractor's grade thermostat with a five year replacement warranty.
Digital thermostats
Digital and programmable thermostats have increased accuracy and make your air conditioning system more efficient. Most models today are programmable thermostats, which means you can set times for your system to run or shut down based on when you need it This thermostat is much more accurate at keeping your home comfortable and because you have much more control, you can significantly save energy costs.
